A little behind schedule on my measurements and weekly updates because of our skiing trip. My current weight dropped nicely the day after skiing though (it usually goes up during the day). I ate a fair amount of carbs both Saturday and Sunday, however I put in two good days of skiing, so I figured the calories were needed. I was happy to see Monday morning that I hadn't gained too much weight.
