So I had Indian food night at a friend's house and that put me a bit off track as far as no carbs. Every dish except the Lamb was full of carbs. However, thanks to some soccer last night and some caloric restriction, I am back on track. A bit too much cheating on the carbs is somewhat limiting my progress. It doesn't help that we have team lunch almost every day at work. Lots of skiing this weekend, so if I can avoid binging too much, it should add some good weight loss.
