Week 2

So Week 1 is over, and I haven't made tremendous progress. However I ate a lot over the skiing weekend and cheated a couple times, eating too many carbs.

My weight is about the same, but I did pig out at a Churascarria on Friday. So I was a bit surprised that I was not higher. My body fat percentage is slightly down.

I measured my legs, arms, hips, and thighs again. I gained slightly in the thighs, not suprising after 2 days of skiing. I also may have lost slightly in the waist, although my measurements have a large margin of error.
