So I cheated a bit on my diet Wednesday. I went to an excellent South Indian food restaurant for lunch and I wanted to try everything, so I ate a significant amount of carbs. You can see that I gained a bit of weight that day. However Thursday I stuck to the 4 hour diet pretty well and lost a decent amount of food. I am still figuring out how to stick to the diet and what I can and cannot eat.

I haven't tried the PAGG vitamin regiment yet, and I might not. They are Allicin, Mega Green Tea Extract, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Policosanol
I am also using a bit of cold protocol. I am icing my upper back or neck for 30min before bed. I seem to lose an extra pound a night when I do that. (Sunday night 1/6 and Wednesday night 1/9)
