Workout Started again

Finally got another leg/chest workout in. These workouts are really short.

Leg Press 12 @ 440 (5/5)
Incline Chest Press 6.5 @ 140 (5/5)
50 Kettleball Swings.
10 Vertical Jumps
10 Lunge Jumps

  1. Glad to c u working out. Hope to hit the weights with u back in Utah sometime. Good job on the diet so far, ur only ten lbs more than I weigh now!
    Quick question in the workout; is the fraction in parentheses after the weight ur cadence?

  2. Yeah, (5/5) is 5 seconds down, 5 seconds up. Really slow reps. :)
