Week 1

So I am starting week 1 of the 4 Hour Body recommended plan. I don't have any specific goals currently, other than measuring my progress and eating a bit less.

Week 1 body measurements:
Hips = 39"
Thighs = 22, 21.6"
Waist = 34"
Bicep = 11.5, 12"
Total Inches = 140.1
